| August 2004 | Our summer holiday lead us to Lake District in the UK, located approx. 150km south of Glasgow. This I planned to do a long time ago. See the pictures and you know why! | |
| August 2005 | Racetracks was the central theme of this holiday. First we searched for the remains of the old Rouen-les-Essart track in France and after that we visited the Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. | |
| August 2006 | This years holiday brought us to Schotland, a destination that had been on my wishlist for a very long time. To make it into a big adventure we took Astrid's recently bought Jeep Wrangler which felt very much at home in the Scotiish environment. The tent was left home and we had the luxury of a cottage. | |
| October 2006 | It was for the first time that we were actually flying to our holiday destination but Southern Portugal was a bit too far to take the Jeep or the Fiat along. | |
| August 2007 | During this trip the Jeep brought us to the German Mecklenburg Vorpommern to visit a.o. Hanse cities like Wismar & Schwerin and generally see some more of the region where I was born. Also the Baltic beaches with villages like Rerik, Kühlungsborn & ofcourse Heiligendamm (remember G8 in 2007?) were not forgotten. | |
| August 2008 | This year we had a holiday that was different in many ways. | |
| April 2009 | Quite unexpectedly I decided that Rick and I would leave for Malaysia to visite my father. We spent an adventurous week at the island of Penang. | |
| August 2009 | Our summer holiday took us to wonderfull Sommerset in the UK this year. | |
| August 2010 | This year we took off with our new, old Land Rover for an adventurous holiday in the Belgian Ardennes. | |
